    Honestly, that depends on whether there's any damage to the engine and/or servos. If I were you, I'd try to put the engine on a bench and fire it up. I think a lot of people would be unwilling to buy the plane with an engine they're not sure would run.

    Oh it came loose alright and shot across the weeds at GCA never to be found again. The damage on the plane isn't too bad. Busted up motor box and a hole in the canopy. Fixable!

    Good news: I figured out how to do awesome crankshafts!!!! Bad news: I got a little too excited and ejected the battery straight through the canopy. :veryshocked:

    I'll be there. I'm pretty sure my friend Tim will be there Saturday. I'll check with him... I've also invited a bunch of people who are not active on the forums. A conservative guess is that at least 2-3 of them will show up Saturday.

    Looks like my 3000mAh packs weigh 313g. I hate having to put the batteries in the motor box, so maybe I'll give them a try.

    I my battery box I have some 4s 3000mAh and some 4s 2200mAh. The 2200 will probably make the plane fly really nice, but only for something like 4 minutes. The question is: Would the 3000mAh batteries turn it into a brick or will it be OK, given that I have a Motrolfly 3615 powerhouse in the nose?

    I have a FirePower 46 in my Pilot Yak 53". Very, very nice motor! I think I'm spinning a 15x6 on that one, though. Can't remember exactly what prop I stuck on that one.

    I have a Xoar 15x7 sitting around (not in a flower pot this time). Would that be overdoing it with a 750kv wind on 4s? The plane is an 51" AJ Slick.
