    Mine is the small plug version in the 78. I have to stock those plugs for my evolutions so that is NBD to me and I prefer the small footprint.

    Does the DCup work well with Powersafe RXs? All my big planes that would draw this much has that as a Rx. I have used HK capacitors in some of my 30cc planes just as a safety feature if I am using a AR8000.

    I use 2x 2650s in my 60cc planes. The ones I have are Gens Ace Rx/Tx batts. Pretty light and they have both JR connectors and bigger leads that I put my usual Powerpoles on.

    This issue with transport always seems to come up. I know one of the FG members up here crated up a 60cc to go out to one of the CA huckfests. I wonder how much and hard it would be to make a crate to attend events like this. Just thinking out loud.

    You could fly and then bum planes off others. I went last year for 3 days just to watch. Flew into Charlotte, NC and rented a car.
