    A beam mount RCGF26 would rock that funtana! Not a whole lot of scratch either! Just be careful with the ignition plug cap. I went ahead and put an RcExel A-02 on my buddies....

    Well I found everything else I wanted to make my DL50 "Like New" except crankshaft and crankcase halves. Crank bearings, rod end brg, gaskets, piston with wrist pin/wristpin retainers and a set of reeds from https://www.dlenginesaustralia.com/dlshop will complete it . So with shipping costs...

    Now that I'm on the "other side of the mountain" of life I have to take a few days to find my patience o_O. I also took a few days to find some parts for an unruly engine that is costing me my patience :ugh:. Could not find a piston but found a new cylinder and a custom mfg'd ring for the DL50...

    LOL.... Ok it's a 20amp wattmeter for servo testing. Plug it between the RX and servo and see how many watts or amps it is drawing during servo operation. Could also be used to help / hunt down those pesky "connector" problems that harass all of us. To @pawnshopmike .....SEE!!! Told ya SO...

    Batteries for my buddies MXSR finally got here :woohoo!:. He ordered some too and the race to see who's order got here first was a tie:twins:. Actually he won because he called me and told me he had just got his as the FedEx truck was pulling into my drive way :rolleyes:. He got the plane back...

    Must of been a mistake. They do have compact mufflers specifically for the 120..... See.....these are listed for the 120 but say 150 on the jpg pic lol

    Uh O! I've been caught ! :blank: Yes they do. Commercial buildings. One just happened to find its way in my home though. They where popular for home use when one wanted to make a room out of the basement for "that certain" relative :rolleyes:.

    Now that the shop is absent of birds needing some :love: (Except one unruly misbehaving one needing tough :love:). The shop is at my disposal to dispose of the ugly kitchen ceiling and finish out the rest of the living room. Then the entire house will have something new for me to stare at...

    I have used the "ceramic" before and had no issues but had it in a plane I sold and did not fly it all that much (20 flights maybe??). Now I just use what has always worked best for me and that is a regular heavy clunk and a large volume type filter before the carb. Have hundreds of flights and...

    Doug your 120 sounds EXACTLY as mine did with pro flows. By the time I had 4 gallons through it the surging was absent but it only took tiny tiny adjustments from break in richening. I also used a bit of throttle curve to try and "blow by" the surging spot.
