    I had a wing from another manufacturer that I took the airfoil and dimensions from. Same with the vertical and horizontal stab. The dimensions were very close to Aeroworks but the airfoil is thinner. It should fly a little quicker. I'm excited to get it in the air!

    I ran into a dilemma. I've been patiently waiting for aeroworks to get me a cowl. So far no luck! So I've decided to try and make one. This is my first crack at this. Just about have the plug made up. Still needs some sanding, I'm not quite satisfied with it.

    Looking great! How do finish the front of the cowl, the flat part? Do you cut this part out or do you cut just enough for the heads to get cooling?

    Thanks @crashflow, I'll take some measurements and see if it would work. Aeroworks fuse sides are flat, I think pilots fuse is round?

    Finally got the fuse covered! Fuse will get some trim once the paint work is done. Still trying to get a cowl from aeroworks, they are having a hard time with that part.

    How are you guys checking your batteries? Li-ions are good for a 1amp load check to 7volts. Can you follow the same rules for lipo? Second question, how many of you are running regulated lipos for a consistent feel on a HV system? Or can you really not feel the difference from the first...

    They come with pipe mounts. You can buy longer bands depending on the size of your exhaust.
