    Twisted Hobbys Owner's Thread!!

I have used two different servos, both with success on multiple TH airframes. The servos from TH work well and are very affordable. I also use Hitec servos with good results. No centering problems on either. Have worn out a few, but I fly hard and often. One note, EPP foam will shrink or...

Suggest you check the servo If the foam is flexing or the glue is not sufficient, you will have strange problems with centering and unequal travel. Easy to fix, just glue a bit more thoroughly. Pls tell what you decide

I'd call it something clever, like "911 elevator", give myself a 10/10, and get the damage hidden in a locked vehicle before my trash talking flying buddies can get. Organized. But hey, that is just me ;-)

    Twisted Hobbys Owner's Thread!!

I probably have 40 flights now, so everything is settling out. I found the horizontal stab had drifted a few degrees out out square after the build. ( it was square before first filght). Decided that I needed a bit of triangle stock bracing index the stab, and a couple of 6 inch x 1 mm cf rods...

Maiden flight today successful. How successful? Felt good enough to do a knife edge loop on flight #1. ;-) As always with a new plane, lots of trimming and tuning yet to go, but lots of fun straight away. Built with standard components and the carbon fiber upgrade. Only deviation was the...

Finally started the build of a TH 39"Edge So far, actually an easier build than the smaller airframes-still early, so some challenges may yet be discovered. Anyone interested in hearing specifics on build an early flights?
