+1 hat cam-$99 at HK, very light good quality but no zoom! I agree on a viewfinder. In sun the LCD is useless. We were filming the other day and GH figured out that using the top of the swing out LCD as a cross hair worked best to track the target. For $50, not sure of the quality.

I was just going to add that we are NOT trying to rename or relabel this great site Gary. This is just the natural evolution of the terrific conversations, blogs, tutorials and more that have been generated because of this site! There wouldn't be Extreme Aerobatics without 3D and there wouldn't...

"X" actly! I think XA or extreme aerobatics is easier for the "non 3D" crowd to envision. You know how some folks say "3D" like they should whisper it or wash their mouths out after saying it? Extreme Aerobatics or XA or EA describes the whole story not just that "crazy 3D stuff". "Well, if...

Yes, better said. It's not new flying per se but combining it and giving it a more accurate title. EA!

IMAC learning and support using flight videos

Judging clarification- I said earlier that judging begins when you state "entering the box". There was a change in the rules a while back and now your sequence judging begins after you are "entering the box" AND the aircraft attitude changes for the first maneuver. During the sequence you are...

IMAC learning and support using flight videos

Absolutely Swede. You will be impressed at first how difficult it is to perfect a "planned" flight that requires precise maneuvers at a certain place and time. Also you'll begin to appreciate wind correction a whole lot more. The competition is icing if you can get to one but the practice is...

Hey all, while having a great session at our DRAGWAY field today it was suggested we start using a new term. We are really talking up precision flying and IMAC in the IMaC instructional thread Snowdog started last week. The discussions have been wonderful and they all have to do with precision...

Bummer, snooze ya lose. You get asking for it? I was going to try a Gecko ESC. Not in any particular rush. I still have 5 NIB and one used savox 0255s if you know anyone doing a 48" project. Thanks.

Motrolfly 4315-480 and Align 70amp esc

Do you happen to have the standoffs for the 60' EF Extra? Can the Align be programmed from the Tx or do you have a manual. Never owned an Align. I'm interested for sure.
