    Depends on how often and how hard you fly... Steel will wear, but it's not like you can't replace them once in a while. That said, you can get HS-7955TGs at Chief Aircraft for $89.00 SteveT

    Yes, they need longer leads! It puts too much of a restriction on ESC location. I wonder why they are so short? I know the theory of short leads but let's be realistic here. Every other manufacturer has longer leads. Maybe other manufacturers have bigger capacitors which are able to...

    I am pretty sure you need the reed block on the rear engine version (believe it or not, reeds act like valves on a two stroke engine)......and... you need 3 times the intake area for exhaust area for heat release...so, yes, I would use the vented bottom pieces.... SteveT

    Can't decide...Byper, 58" Edge, or 51" Slick...it's supposed to start raining by Tuesday here, so, should have some time to start on at least one of them....or if I get really ambitious a vintage Svenson Fieseler Storch I bought last week off of Evilbay.... Storch... SteveT
