    That Kavan 50 is almost 6 pounds. A DA 70 is under 4 lbs. Although that might not include the muffler.

    Ripping the trailing edge for the 1/16 ply joiner. Saw blade is 1/16" so perfect fit. .

    Not sure about 1/4" stringers for leading edge so cut my own with my awesome Byrne's table saw. .
