    Rib markings on main and rear spar. Cutting the angles at the spar ends as well. .

    As many cylinders, cc's and strokes as I can fit in the cowl. Minimum 2 cylinder, preferably 4 stroke.

    Found a random aerosol can (grill cleaner?) that fit the curve. Some 3M contact spray and sandpaper and presto, a round sander.

    Time to cut the ailerons out of the ribs. Used a French curve to find the curve then marked the curve with a Sharpie. .
