    My buddy just got back with me. He has done it for all three of his OS GT22’s so far using that dle20 profile muffler from WWRC. use the gasket from the OS to port match the port on the muffler and mount holes need slight elongation.

    Yup they want to ignore that custom paper size option. And even if that wasn’t an option they still could use the snapshot option to print it in two half’s and just need it to be taped together in the middle.

    yup I print mine for free at work. The staples closest to me can only 36" wide and as long as you want. There is one an hour from me that has a plotter that can print 48" wide.

    Put some finish on the marking gauge and mounted the brass to the wood. It looks nice but I’m not totally happy with it so I will be making a second and addressing the things I’m not happy with.

    Most places should be able to print them. I sized them at 36” wide so that most places can.

    Loosen the set screw and adjust it for the depth of say the tails on dovetail joints. Tighten back up then you can scribs a line on you piece of wood. Better than a pencil as it gives an actual groove for your chisel to rest in when doing the final clean up with a chisel.

    Still need to epoxy the brass piece to the wood and apply a finish to it but other wise it is done and I'm happy with it. Most proud of myself for making the blade myself.
