Well building the second wing have not been reporting much because it much of the same. If you interested let me know or I will just continue until the second wing is done and then start reporting progress again.
Assuming it is going a little easier this time since you know what you're getting into?

Try to explain my self not any easier but do know what to do when and how to avoid the difficulties I got my self into. Worked on the interlinked shear webs and got them right and fitted properly and did a lot of sanding on the leading and trailing shearweds that also slid into the ribs once I did that it was easy sailing and it is all fitting together properly.

Working on the wing started to sheet the bottom side, should have the bottom done by late tonight. On and of working on the ailerons got the sheeting done and prepared. Decided to go with 1/16 sheeting as suggested by @TonyHallo. Just have to decide how I am going to glue the sheeting to the foam cores.

Gorilla poly glue. Not sure what you have in mind, I would cut the blocks weighted down from top cutting both the top and bottom with the top up weighted straight on the bench. Here's an example of a rudder I cut 15 years ago. . Glue to skins with on with the core in the shucks weighted in the same direction. I might glue a 1" wide 1/64 piece of plywood along the trail edge at the same time to add stiffen it up.

Wow you do not fool around that is some serious building and impressive equipment.
I was thinking of using epoxy. Never used Gorilla polyurethaning glue how long do have once you start spreading it to we’re it is all lined up ready to be bagged or weighted down, how do you spread gorilla glue.

I like the hose clamp that you can move on your homemade rheostat to control voltage!

@TonyHallo thanks for the tip on the plywood in the trailing edge. Do you cut some styrofoam out or just lay it in and it will not be noticeable. How big is it I know it is 1/64 thick but how wide my feeling would be 1/8 is that wide enough.
