Scale 50% Dalotel 165

Fred Pan

30cc
Know anyone with experience with these props? Prices seem a bit steep, plus don't include shipping and 5% PayPal fee. Alos noted the minimum order quantities!

Hi, My friend, This is Fred from China, owner of Bernotech, And i appreciated for Roger posting our products and price here in his thread.
I offered this coloring props, and i found that you were feeling the props are expensive, so here i would like to explain the cost and hope you guys understand.
----1. All props from our factory are all made the beech wood as everyone does, and all the props were balanced before shipping.
----2. We are able to coloring the propellers as good as we could, since our machine can only spray with 6mm from the propeller, so we must keep the propellers all manually, this would cost a lot of labor.
----3. Because we are full color spraying, so whatever the pictures or decals you like to spray on the props, we can do our best to spray it, not just like the regular props with single solid colors. We can make one like this, then we can make 1000pcs all like this, just like copy. But all these must be watched all the time, in case the props has any shifting. 0.5mm shifting would ruin the picture and that prop would be re-polished.
----4. A good looking propeller is no more deluxy part for the pilots, we also like to see more and more people can have a unique propeller for their aircraft, our service can help people satisfy with this, not just A propeller on the plane, so we do accept the customized ordering and welcome.
----5. We offer the price of the products because our CNC cutting machine can make 6 propellers each time, you make 1 prop cost the same power and time like 6pcs, that's why we would like to make some more like that. So if you like to have only one prop, that's the cost we should paid.

Thank you and hope my english is not that bad, And thank you, Roger, i made a big ads. on your thread.

A lot of the work I'm doing with the laser for next summer is to test things for the Dalotel, for instance I'm installing an airspeed sensor with pitot tube, already did some test with the smaller Extra this past summer with great results. I can assess the stall speed with talking feed back , once I know this then when I am coming in for a landing which is always hard to judge the speed I will know exactly the airspeed, plus a stall warning programmed in.
Then voltage sensors on the battery, very important to know you are still safe.
4 temperature sensor for the eventual 4 cylinder engine.
I have a sensor which tells me when the landing gear is down and locked.
Just installed a 3D camera in the laser for eventual flying through the lens as you are sitting in the airplane,
So a lot of work going on behind the scene. but all of it is fun

So now the Laser is back in the trailer in storage until spring and the Dalotel Rudder is on the table and the dacron cut for the first half of it . Since I am using a process that is new to me, it will be a bit of a learning curve, but once I have succeeded with the rudder, then the rest will go easier I would think . I will have photos of the process, with the mistakes and all LOL
