Any Boaters on here?

So, as much as I love my big toy airplanes, my real sport/hobby is wakeboarding and general boating (hence the forum name). Its just a great time for the kids in the summer. I basically grew up water skiing and transitioned to wakeboarding and surfing about 10 years ago. so, similar to the motorcycle and jeep threads, i'm sure there are some boaters on here! Show us your boat pics! :excitement:

I've personally have wanted a boat for like 20 years, the funds never allow...



Also, in Ohio currently the boating season is June 15th - Sept 1 as winter lasts that long and then it seems to start again i Sept.

We used to have spring and summer, now we just have winter... winter.. Summer for like a blink and then more winter... It SUX.

Here is my current and favorite wakeboat. 2011 Axis A20. Throws a sick wake, plus its very comfortable with lots of storage and space for friend, girls and beer :excitement:... errr I mean kids and wife now :untroubled:

Thanks, the colors are pretty much an exact match, I didn't really think about it until it was in the garage and the wife told me they match

YES! Grew up boatracing and water skiing. First love is boatracing. Will post some pics later. My user name is alky6 which is after the Mercury Mark 78 6 cylinder that was converted to alcohol, heads welded in, and three additional carburetors added to the side along with megaphone exhaust. It has the sweetest sound, turns almost 10,000 RPM with a 1Khz tone. Haven't raced since 2010 due to family obligations. So picked up the RC habit again after a 25 year hiatus.

Very nice! Unfortunately, no time for boating right now due to family obligations.
