Thank you guys, Jason, I'm using thing CA Mercury. I used it on the 118. I flew that plane for two full seasons in Advance and lots of practice, I never had an issue with the frame. The key is to make you sure you have a good snug fit, thin ca works great.
At the Worlds, you mention you were building a PRO how is that going? you can post pics here if you like.

Thanks Primo. I have two in the shop. Slow going but I finally got off my butt a couple months ago. I am just behind you. Motor box and fuse sides done. Getting ready to start boxing it up. I came up with some cool jigs and tools for locating the wing and stab tube holes as well as beveling the front and rear of the truss sides. I will try to get some pics up for you to see but I don't want to hijack your thread.

Keep up the great work,

JB

Well this was a Golf weekend for me so I only worked on it a little, I got the tail wheel plate glued in place, sanded the tube socket flush with the fuse and I marked the landing gear. I will be using 10/32 bolts with lock nuts. The plan calls for 8/32 taped on the hard wood but I do not trust that set up.

So far I have about 80 hours of building time since I got the kit 34 days ago. I have the tail wheel to install tonight and I may start gluing sheets together for the skins. I’m planning on going to Joe NAll next week, from Wednesday till Saturday (POOR ME RIGHT?) so I will lose some building time there. I’ll be picking up all my hard-wear while I’m there.
OK, now for some pictures. I drilled out the holes on the landing gear blocks in three steps to make sure the hole didn’t wonder off. I made a center punch using a 10/32 bolt so I could insert it from the inside and mark the landing gear; I used a clamp to press the bolt against the bottom of the LG.
