Just got the UPS email stating my wood from National Balsa will be here tomorrow! BUSY WEEKEND!

Got the wood in today. I cut two sides out. 5" X 48". Glued the lower longerons on and clamped the heck out of it.

Busy Day today. Got this great Dremel tool today. Needed it to clean out the old broken wood! Here's some pic's from today.

As they say you can't have too many clamps!!! Had to make a new Gear floor. 3/8ths : 1/4 and 1/8th together.. There is one pic with a dry fitting of the sides and another on the table glued up!

It almost looks like a fuse! Decide to glue up one side at the time. This way the bottom can remain flat while the top is drying. These pics were from yesterday.
