Was the removal of the old arm difficult? I have a similar arm from Aztec but after researching it look like a pain to remove the stock on with the press fit.

Nope take carb off, take dremel and then grind the little raised part on the factory arm flat and then just grab it with some needle nose and wiggle it and it come right off

I got sick of taking the cowl off every trip to the field....Hope this is workable to allow me to twist the needles.

Well started it up today, took a while to draw fuel

Just finished building my 88 edge a few minutes ago.

If weather permits, maiden flight will be in a few hours...

Can't wait to finally see how this engine pulls the plane around.

Just flew my 88 edge with GP-61 for the first time.

I don't know exact rpm, but with a vess 23-B stealth, it sounded to be in the 7x00 to 7600 range.

Stupid power...

Ok...after setting the timing to 29 deg ...It would not start easy...I am now about 32 deg and leaned out both for the results in the graph with a Falcon 24x9 prop.
