Thinking a more scale approach to ailerons with a pull pull setup. Aileron differential a concern with pull/pull? I don't think so but curious.

That was the same path I took when I built the Super Cub. I used CB Associates #CB5647 pulleys, don't why I didn't make them? Nice lathe project.

Not a lot accomplished tonight. Spent a lot of time making a pulley. And a cut off tool.

You don't have to mail me one. I have slitting saws for cutting metal. Perhaps you are talking for a cut off application?
