Time to start sanding the wings, I always leave them rough until finishing stages.

You will find the wings much easier to cover than the smaller parts.

Question for you covering experts. Would this tape go under the leading edge?

Not sure. Have you looked through a polyfiber manual before? It may talk about it

I would do the rib tapes then the perimeter tape last. Did you use poly tac to put the tapes on? I also put the first coat of poly brush on before taping, pretty sure I seem this on the Stitt instructional video.

Tony, I used Poly-Tak for the perimeter serrated tape. I might try a thinned version this weekend.

Kind of painted myself into a corner..... I did not build in a way to remove/ reconnect the upper aileron push/ pull cable.

The inner connection is soon to be (mostly) inaccessible.

Cut it off and put a turnbuckle on.
