Yes sir. 1/4" square tubing and a solid metal insert looks scale with no mill needed.

Trying some different cloth adhesive. At this point everything will get a heavy duty test.

A few things going on Cub project going slow. Did something tonight, drilled out more aileron hinge pieces.

That Albrecht drill chuck is nice, 0 - 1/8" and has a spring loaded hand control. Turn the drill press on and actuate the chuck by pushing down on the aluminum hand control.

Looks like a very nice chuck. So the chuck has a clutch?

Not a clutch but a spring loaded extendable option. Either drill straight away or keep the chuck high and push down with your hand. Allows for pinpoint control.

I have 2 Albrecht chucks. Wonderful devices.
