Waiting on some missing pieces I decided to find another area to start. Traced out the aileron ribs and transferred it to the wood.

Damn I'm hungry
Yes, now that I actually played the video.... Awesome indeed. Too much for a Cub, no?

What size and type of engine is shown on the plans? Looks like a four stroke single. I bet the Torque Pro 70 would fly it very nicely.

Have you decided to J-3? or PA-18? Going to run HUGE balloon wheels and water ski it ? If so maybe that 170 is in order .

I like 'em "BIG"!
Ok my friends... I have a little problem. You see it goes something like this. I went to the club auction tonight and had a lot of fun. Not the usual old worn out stuff like we all see at these types of things. But actually some really nice stuff. Yes, way...."WAY" too small for my liking. But heck, the stuff was going dirt cheap. One of the gents there just so happens to be a member of our club "AND", our AMA area vice president. Anyway, he has been after my Hangar 9 Cessna for a long time now. I think something like a couple of years. Well, he has a complete kit with plans for the Wendell Hostetler Precision Cut Kits 127" Cub. It can be built as a J-3, clipped or Super Cub. He proposed that he trade me the complete Cub kit with plans for a straight across trade for my Cessna. Man... Just when I thought I had enough building to do to last me the next sixteen years. LOL. He is also going to toss in a nearly new Graupner MZ24 complete radio system too. (My son wants this). What do I do???? Oiy? Do I make the trade? I just can't see me adding to the already growing list of Cub builders. LOL
