I've used that same vinyl hardwoods on the floors in commercial tenant spaces... tough as nails and it looks great!

Need the floor to be perfectly flat and smooth... little bumps will mirror up and be visible.

Planning on the same on the floor of my trailer.

Yes. At 8am on a Saturday the room had carpet. That pic was taken at about 7PM that night.

The stuff we used was a little thicker and is basically a "rubber" type material. Very easy to work with and you can cut it with a utility knife.

When I did my bathroom it literally took an hour to lay (only 10x8). The stuff is amazing, I know I'll spend more time prepping than actually laying it.
