I feel your pain. Rainy weather kept delaying my shop when they were building it. Finally got it done about 2 months later than planed. But like they say, good things come to those who wait!

Don't be in a hurry to finish it. We helped a buddy build his pole barn a few year back. We were long on 3 sides by 4". Had all the poles set and concrete in the holes. Found that error before we started putting the sides on. Had everything set at 30'x48'. It is a 29'8" x 47'8" barn. So we had to knock down 2 sides and reset them.

That's exactly the way I did it too. Hired out the Construction, Concrete, Plumbing, and Basic Electrical. Once everything passed final inspection I finished out the inside the way I wanted it. @Decal Dennis helped a bunch and my Uncle Bill aka @billb618 finished up the electrical. Another friend of mine ran all the cable and ethernet.
