We recently built this plane, the airframe without fuel and flight ready weighed 19lb 11oz. We have installed for engine the dle 61 other than that everything else is pretty much standard hardware and electronics. The plane is very tail heavy when balanced at the 4.82 in recommended for the first flight. Do any of you guys have any suggestions as to why this airframe is so tail heavy and how we could correct it?

First thing I notice - you can move your two flight batteries up against the firewall.

We tried moving the batteries all the way to the firewall with little or no change
