I like 'em "BIG"!
This is me clicking the don't like button. That sucks, get well soon.
Ah... come on! You didn't like his post? You should like it cuz he didn't lose any body pieces parts.

No...lol, I get it. Sometimes ya just can't like something. No matter how much it could get worse.

The mistake was not having my plane tight against the strap restraint. Probably a foot or so of looseness (just guessing), so I paid a tough price for not double checking. I was asked to hold on starting for a few minutes while a club member did a candy drop for kids and there you have it. I'm very fortunate it wasn't a loss of finger(s).

Thanks guys.

Damn dude that sucks. Hope you heal fast. I agree with Stang on the kill switch on everything. Always end up explaining to someone at the field when I let them fly one of my electric planes and their first response is the throttle isn't working. I tell them to flip the kill switch above the throttle stick and they will ask why I put a kill switch on an electric plane.
I have kill switches on all my planes but not on the one electric Plane . Would you be kind enough to explain how you do a kill switch on a JR or spectrum radio for an electric plane thanks.

I do it on JR's all the time, but need a radio in front of me to remember how. I'm fairly sure it's a mix that when turned on zeros the throttle. I run two on my Helicopters. One is the normal throttle hold, the other is just a throttle cutoff that is right next to the throttle hold so in a panic I would only need to flip either switch on the top right to kill it. 50" of Carbon Fiber rotor blades spinning at 2200 is enough to lop your melon most of the way off, so I'm a bit cautious.

Thanks but what I need is a kill switch so that when the switch is on the throttle Stick is dead. I can mix it to any switche to the throttle. So I would make the switch the master and the throttle the slave and then what.

That's exactly what that is. When the switch is on the thottle is dead. I'll check the programming on my 11X tonight to see how I did it.
