Got to fly at the blue and gray rc club in gettysburg pa today. Great bunch of guys.

Hope to get this bird in the air for Roger tomorrow with the cowl and pants on. Full on restoration complete. Hope to get some vid too!

I am really liking this plane Don't think to many 20 year old chipmunk kits flying around these days.

Come on Rob! Got plenty of room at the homestead for a GSN buddy. Pretty sure my flying skill is no where near your capability but we would have fun with @ChickenBalls @emtp275 @mulehead1969 . Having an event in October at our club for our members and a much missed former member visiting us. Would be a good time to visit Carolina. Skies are typically blue, crisp air, and green grass to fly off of with plenty of after flying activities.

Yup. You came in pretty hot bro. Hopefully you'll be able to figure out what went wrong. Going to be hard to tell with all the carnage though. One thing for certain, it was definitely an equipment malfunction. That thing didn't sound happy at all before impact.

Here's my take on the heli crash: A gear chipped in flight, causing a noise and vibration, then the vibration caused the gyro to go on meth binge
