Yep, the base rotates to 45°.

Must be something about wood for some of us. After reframing the tailfeathers this morning I went and finished cutting a tree's stump down far enough for a stump grinder to get at it.
Now I'm to tired to, anything. lol

Control horn blocks and joining sockets are in and that will do it until sanding day.

Wow it is going together quite quickly, it makes a big difference in time when you do not need to make the parts.
All the tail feathers do not look like there is a lot weight, they are at the bear minimum already. At least you are making good progress.
