That's what I use, a plumbers torch. I use propane for small light stuff like exhaust, on heavy steel parts I use MAPP gas. The acetylene torch is too hot and destroys the flux. The 5/8 " tube below was silver brazed with a plumbers propane torch. Both the slip joints and the butt Y.

I just bought a troy ounce on Amazon for $50.

Well the cowl is painted and looks ok. The red is not quite a match but good enough for me. Flying past down the runway nobody will notice. Checked the CG and for a change it came out perfect. Just have wait for some parts to finish off the plane. The air ducts for the electric motor is done, time consuming and just tedious to do.

Last time out I dinged the wingtip of the Timber. So…time for clipped wings and fences! Cool little feature of wingtip lights which will be incorporated into the new tip design.

Well I have discovered something interestin. I do a lot of indoor flying. I built a new indoor plane and both planes are identical except for the receiver. The one receiver is from JR and the second receiver was one very cheap receivers I believe they are called Orange not sure. The difference flying both planes was like night and day. I could hardly fly the plane with the cheap receiver the resolution on the controls was so bad that the plane jumped around nothing was smooth. Changed out the receiver to a JR one and it flew perfectly what a difference, even throttle control was difficult With the cheap receive.
