It's the replacement fuse for the Extra. I am finally going to open it up just for you . So let me go and do the deed and see if everything is good and I got the right one . Be back in about an hour...….

Not only is it the right one it's the "updated" one with CF stringers and the new quick release canopy! Light and VERY STRONG construction. Me sooooo

Just a couple of shots with LG on. All my old parts fit this fuse PERFECT. What a nice surprise for waiting forever to get it and open it up.
Good things really do come to those that wait

Where do you buy bulk balsa, ply and spruce? Balsa USA and....______________

Rewriting some plans to make the super otter. Boy does that nose stick out and they had to! It’s so much lighter than the radial they extended the nose super far out. One mfgr had to add ballast to the engine (PT6)after they had extended the nose lol. Anyways, finding a good reference for how far to push it out was tricky. The balsa will keep going forward ten inches. And modeling after the garret turboprop super otter.
