God Daughter loves to come to the field and see the airplanes, she also likes to walk next door and look and the "big planes" and play with little figures I have sitting around, she wanted a little pink plane she's only 3 by the way so I spent bench time on a little pink plane even let her help me lay a coat of paint on it, Her mom wasn't impressed with the mess it made of her hands but she will soon get over it!

My never ending helicopter rebuild continues. Yesterday I decided to test run the motor with it backed off from the main gear to make sure it was okay. Well, it was far from okay. It made horrible noises and wobbled like crazy. The picture below is what remained of the lower bearing. I have new bearings and a new shaft on the way.

Got the wing attached, painted the cowl, and finished up the wing struts tonight. Hope to have the cowl and struts installed tomorrow. Getting close to a maiden! If the weather holds out I'm hoping to maiden it this weekend.:)
