What is diameter of the router. And all the notches have a radius in the bottom corners.

Yes all inside corners have to have a radius on them. He just told me on anything 1/4" or thinner that it needs a .031" radius and thicker than 1/4" needs a .063" radius. That leads me to believe that his smaller bit for thin stuff is .062" or 1/16" bit and his larger bit is .126" or 1/8" bit.

Still looking for that Don’t Like button!

Wasn't too bad of a transaction, I bought the 110 with canisters as a package because the club asked me to reduce noise. I installed the MTW canisters on my 106 and never used the 110. I eventually sold it for what I paid for it less the canisters so free canisters was the end result.

Funny thing was the new buyer was looking around for canisters a couple of years later and found the ad that i replied to a couple of years prior. He emailed looking for why I didn't include the canisters with the sale. It doesn't work like that........

Looking around at angle blocks and wondered if cutting up a piece of angle iron would be cheaper. A few clicks and McMaster Carr put a 25 lb hunk of angle iron on my doorsteps. Gotta get an abrasive chop saw blade and give it a whirl.
