Finally making some visible progress on my basement which means im closer to having my shop back from being a storage room! Got the celing textured and tinted primer on the walls! Next week its final paint then on to doors, trim and carpet, cant wait!!!![emoji28]

Don't know a thing..
These Wendel Hostetler plans were drawn back in 1979 or something like that.... the laser cut kit is cut from the plans... the plans were drawn using two heavy plywood sleave/spars for attaching the outer wing panels. Not a fan of that approach nor am I enamored with the 1/8" piano wire loop used to hold the wing to the fuse.... so, spent a good bit of today trying to come up with a better approach. Carbon wing tube and a little different way to attach the wing tube framing down to the fuse....

Got a few test pcs cut but I think this will work.... more to follow.

Thank you sir This is a meister kit bf 109 until it hit the ground then decided turn it into the v tail prototype they only made a few never went into production.

That's how things were done back then. That was considered modern.

Very cool! I have plans and all glass etc for the new RV-4 as well. Cool plane, lots of old school heavy design. I'm actually thinking of doing foam wings on that.
