Most bodacious. I see two of my favorite planes sitting there. A Hangar 9 Sukhoi and a Hangar 9 Sukhoi.

yes, in sportsman, the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place all went to pilots with that H9 Sukhoi!!!
it is a smooth flying airplane that Sukhoi.

my father in law and I made the donuts. Not too difficult. I used two different sized circular saws. one was 2 & 1/4" and the other was 1.5"
I used 1/8" thick plywood. And I glued it with V-POXY.

Started to sheet the bottom of the fuselage. Still need a bit more to go.

Thanks Cam, so simple yet makes perfect sense (cutting out the donuts)! I guess I make things more complicated than they should be!!

Use two circular saws, one bigger and the other one smaller. I thank you for giving me the idea on this. I did not make this on my 1st Dalton build. But i remembered you telling me about it. SO i made it for this one.

the stab tube phenolic is glued in. Can you see the donut!!
