Addiction XL Build??

Spent some time and got the cowl fitted. I had to remove some material from the bottom side of the cowl, where it goes over the landing gear. I didn't get the carbon spinner with the order, but I will probably end up ordering it. The cowl does fit a bit tight but will settle in once the vibrations start happening!

Next I decided to get the soldering part done. I always tint the wires and deans connectors before soldering, then clean the surfaces with alcohol before adding the shrink tubing. I used the deans connector on the ESC and about 22" of extension lead on the elevator servo. The kit does come with the extra servo wire, but I had lots of extra from the other kits, so I used the remainder of the old one. I also used the large gun on the deans, and a soldering iron on the wires.

I know this isn't Giant Scale, or Gas Powered, but is anyone interested in a build thread? And can I post it here, or is there a better place? I'm taking a break from the Cub and have started assembly of this one for Spring time flying. Blessed day to all!
What is there to build. You put the wings on elevator on and go fly.

I had to cut my cowl to clear the gear.
Coming along nicely

Rudder pull pull is done. I used the forward mount method . Pull pull cables have to be crossed and the exit is doubled with some packing tape, as there is no backing for the exit cables. I used a long strait edge to make the proper marks for the exit holes. I atached the cables to the servo first, then tightened the cables on the rudder side.
