    Spinner Balancing

The back plate should be balance by itself first: I drill holes on the heavy side. Then I install the spinner on the back plate to balance the cone: I CA a piece of sticky Velcro (fuzzy side) on the light side, and add CA as needed to balance. If the cone and back plate are balanced...

    PAU 35% Extra 300SP Opinions

Trevor, there is no randomness: you need to feel the holes in the fuse sides with your fingers through the covering. These openings match the locations of the Stab tube, servo access hole, and anti rotation pin. After you have opened those, install the stab with he stab tube, and this will...

Trevor, you need to match the servos on the ailerons so they do not fight each other, but you also need to match the elevator servos for proper flight performance. Not properly matching the elevators will not cause any mechanical issue, but will result in poor flight performance

    50cc Extra 300 SP

The Extra was designed before the DA-60 was around. It was designed around the DA-50 with 3" Stand offs. If you you use plywood spacers, they need to be made from hard ply and be at least 1" in diameter, or they will compress, and therefore the engine will no longer be tight. I also use...
