The Spammers are getting out of hand.

Reply If that fail, adding a couple of mods just for new member / new account confirmation might be an idea: new members/account could be invisible until confirmed by a human?

50cc Extra and Edge are on their way, left the factory a couple of week ago. They should be here mid March (unless customs decide to hold the container...for weeks! like the last one).

    spammers

In the past few days, there has been a proliferation of SPAM posts from guys with a single post: how about putting all first time posts on a short time delay to gibe the administrators a chance to validate this first post? Just a thought... I have been reporting SPAM almost on a daily basis...

    Tri-Cities Huckfest 2015 (Washington)

Doug, we all wish you good luck and success with this new event in he Northwest. For the purpose of clarity from your initial post, I am actually easy to get a hold of: I answer that phone and return calls everyday, and get to all emails as soon as possible. Also for the purpose of being...

What Fly-ins are you going to try to make it to in 2015

Unfortunately, Wenatchee is a definite NO: I posted this in the "other" Wenatchee thread: Well, we are sad to announce that after a great 4 year run in Wenatchee, with well attended fun events, the Red Apple Flyers club this week made the final decision that we will be allowed to organize the...

What Fly-ins are you going to try to make it to in 2015

You're right Joe Nall is top on the list. We are trying to put a 3D Fest event together together here in Central Florida. I plan on going to Huckoween in Georgia, and Clover Creek fly-in http://www.clovercreekaerodrome.net/2014-fall-fly-in.html

    AMA and Multirotors

Rusty, this all makes many of us feel less like members, and more like subjects. I thought the AMA elected members were supposed to represent us, reflecting the concerns of the majority of the members... Yet, the more I discuss these issues with fellow members and and others involved in RC...

    AMA and Multirotors

Sleepy I feel you pain. Both AMA and FAA are on the wrong path. Guys like you in photo / video businesses should have an opportunity to make a living flying these things safely without needing to get the same license as a pilot who flies full scale planes with paying passengers on board.

    AMA and Multirotors

And the AMA, by embracing these activities is making sure we cannot dissociate ourselves from it; it make us defenseless against the "wide brushing"! In passing we may note that the AMA has committed $250,000 to this "education campaign". Those funds are unlikely to be covered by a sudden mass...

Interesting...they have been good enough for rather good results in competition... First, the factory assembly is just assembled and not tightened. Second, all need to be locktited Then, once the final length adjustment is made on the turnbuckle, I put a couple of drops of CA on the titanium...

Looking good Tom. In the last container, some of the replacement legs were painted red. Those will look pretty good too.
