    That is the way DA specs out the proper cooling for the DA-200. It is the same thing I did when I had the 200 in my Extra, and the cooling worked great.

    How to dye epoxy??

    I have used micro balloons (white) mixed with epoxy, and died with coloring I bought from the hardware store (in Hawaii, all hardware stores ha surf repair supplies). The white micro balloons are a good base for the epoxy dye to bond to.
