IMAC First Carden 124" Extra 300 Pro Build

From my experience the DA150/RE3 is a great engine/pipe combo. Pulls my 42% Raven through IMAC Advanced with ease. Smooth running and easy starts....every time! I have the older non-L version.

Tyler can also ROCK his Aeroworks 120cc Edge!!!!!!!!!! He was the IMAC Advanced World Champion in 2014. On top of his flying skills he's an outstanding young man! Just graduated high school and has a great future ahead of him, whatever direction he chooses. BTW - He also placed 2nd at the...

Yep, Josh is an orthopedic (I think) surgeon in the Army. He just returned home a week or so ago. Great fellow! I met him in TX about 10 years ago. At that time he was flying a large (35%) Extra on e-power. He has tons of vids on YouTube.

Thanks Roger. I kinda figured the wood one was temporary. Do you have any idea on the weight of a wood, vs welded tubing motor mount? Of course once it's done I suppose we'll all find out, eh!

    Hello From Oklahoma

Welcome Richard! The 87" Extra is a real hoot to fly.....can be flown precisely on lower rates and flip the switch tohigh rates and it's a 3D machine! i'd suggest following whatever the manual calls for on the horns. I had 2 of these planes (my first giant scale) and really learned a LOT...
