    Real Flight 7.5...

Bartman, This table suggests that your Hitec Aurora 9, along with the Anylink2 adapter, will work with the RealFlight wireless product. http://www.tacticrc.com/anylink/anylink2-chart.html

    Real Flight 7.5...

They do make another adapter for the transmitter, a separate purchase. It says that its a direct fit for the 18mz, so it should work. You can go to tower and check the cross reference for your radio.

I asked the wife to order the wireless interface for me for Christmas... that will put the wait in perspective... assuming it gets here in time!

Has anyone noticed that Sleepy is still showing a multi-rotor for sale in the FG Classifieds? I guess they forgot to delete it when they performed the Vulcan mind erase. BTW... nice job on the graphics, guys!

    3D Rebuilding the Compy MX2.

Done! Took longer to get the cowl off than to fix the can. I may lay low at work Monday or Tuesday and sneak out to the field for a few more flights!

    3D Rebuilding the Compy MX2.

Yeah, but I already have the platform for the soft mounts epoxied in, plus I love those mounts... i'll make them work!

Bunky... you're a Futaba guy... how do I set failsafe on the second R7008SB receiver? Never mind... just found out that I need to set FS on each channel. Strange that every channel on the first receiver defaulted to where I wanted it (neutral), but none on the second receiver did.

I think if someone got the plane off the ground with a mode 1 transmitter and handed it to me... I THINK I could fly it. All the way to the scene of the crash!

    3D Rebuilding the Compy MX2.

I don't know what brand of cans the previous owner sold me... but neither size of KS comfort mounts fits them well. The 75mm mounts are too large, and the 65mm mounts are too small. So, I bought the 75mm mounts and used some header wrap around the canister to fill the gap. Maybe I should have...

    3D Rebuilding the Compy MX2.

Eyes did great, thanks! A little tearing, but it was a little windy, so I would expect a few tears. Plane flew terriffic, but I blew one of the cans off of the header on tbe first flight, did't feel like taking the cowl bolts off at the field, plus I want to drill and put a small screw through...

    IMAC trimming question (s)

Ah.. lots of IMAC flyers at our field, but we're in the Southeast. One of our guys went to the worlds this year, another one our guys is Wayne Mathews... they are a TON of help, great folks to hang out with, and they make this stuff look amazingly easy. I could watch Wayne to slow rolling...

    IMAC trimming question (s)

I'm not an IMAC flyer, so my needs pretty much stop with the mixes above. There are many more you'll want to look at eventually, like a down-line elevator mix, but the mixes above will reduce your need to control the plane tendencies down to a point where you can focus more on the maneuver than...

Scale 50cc Scratch Build From My Own Design Revisited

Very nice... always impressive to see someone who can start with an idea and some sticks and stay with it until it flies. I bought a Stearman kit once, never glued the first 2 pieces together, sold it about 4 years later. Do you plan on the typical red/white scheme?

    IMAC trimming question (s)

Remember, the plane doesn't know whether it's in a flat rudder turn or a knife edge pass... it's just flying through the wind. Gravity and aerodynamics have some effect, but the plane will react just about the same to any rudder movement. I usually make sure the plane will fly straight and...
