    PAU Owners Thread

I have been fortunate to be good friends and compete and fly with Chris Hass at many events. I can assure you he works very hard at his flying to be at the level he is at, without electronic stabilization.

    DA120 and 3 blade prop

Wow club back home tried pulling that, it didn't fly over too well, and the giant scale guys won. I love how so many have no clue of throttle management on most GS planes. I used to use a 27x 12 falcon not the 11 and it was really quiet on stocks and pulled hard. I have seen 26x10 mej work...

Servos, Which one and why, Competition or Weekend Warrior.

Ive been using Futaba's for the last 5 years. Even had a 35% that had the same 9157s in it for two seasons without being sent in. Never stripped and worked awesome. Finally sent them in. Kind of a whoops for not sending them in.

If it were me . 6014hs with smartfly turbo reg with two futaba leads off of each out put for battery power, should still leave 11 slots for servos if I remember right. If your using a Futaba 8fg 12fg,12z, 14mz, 14 SG, or 18mz. You can match the servos in the radio. Eliminating the need for...

    Titanium gimbals springs

Coming back to center isn't really the issue, its how tight it comes back to center. Some like soft springs I like mine loose and no ratchet on the throttle. I used to fly tight springs its just a feel thing for people.
  17. Surfer Dude

    Titanium gimbals springs

Tighter feel on the gimbals so the sticks are not loose and will come to center. Downside is I'm pretty sure the radio companies do not recommend them as it wears out the pots.

What battery charger u got and why?

I charger 306b and 3010b coupled with a 24 v 75 amp power supply. I use parallel boards for my 5 and 6s packs. I can charge up to 30 amps off of each charger if I want.
