    ZTW "B" Series 65A ESC

I just installed an 85amp ZTW Land Power series (same as B series from what I can tell) into a 64" MXS. Will take it for a spin this saturday. I heard from Garrett at Altitude Hobbies that the B series was originally going to be reserved for OEM customers (Hobby Lobby's eRC for example) and the...

    Nice standoffs!

Wanted to give a big thumbs up to Craig's excellent standoffs. Ordered some late last week, had them monday, and now they are all installed on an Aerobeez 75" MXS from exilehobby.com. The motor is a large DualSky one that exilehobby sells, this is a demo plane built with gear that Landon sells...

Sure, mere mortals can fly it. Start on low rates, and with the recommended settings. It flies quite nicely like that. Once you crank up the rates and start flying it 3d is where all of the biplane-ness starts to show, and where things can get more exciting/interesting/scary :)

Orange? You mean yellow/red? (yellow for me, it's way more visible in the air. Blue is sexy on the ground, but much harder to see in the air) electric! This plane is so sweet on electric. But then again you can fly the snot out of your gas 72, so maybe gas is a great option for you too...

+1... I've stayed away from gas for the last 4 years, but that 78" MXS and a DA-35 have me thinking that it might be a great time to do it again.

I've currently got an Ice 75 lite on mine with the Motrolfly and Hyperion 6s3300 35c rated packs. Haven't blown anything up yet... Haven't stuck it on a watt meter either. I am also planning on upgrading to a ZTW 85, though one of the land power series/b series ones to test and see if the...
