    So using @Terryscustom 's recommendation and incorporating @IMAC FANATIC 's razor tool for trimming covering I was able to easily remove the extra Gorilla glue from the wing. Thanks!!     FWIW, on the EF 78" Extra, I believe there are only 5 or 6 robart style hinges on each aileron. Haven't had a problem.

    So I got to fly Brian's plane on Sunday! Can't believe he handed over the sticks... LOL. Absolutely incredible. Flies on rails and makes flying a sequence super duper easy! I can now say I have flown a 40 center, and I like it! Gonna have to get one now. Can't wait to finish my 35%. Thanks again...

    Here is a 350cc (4 cyl opposed) outboard engine on alcohol. Makes 125Hp at 13,700. It's just a grown up DA 200. LOL

    Thanks Terry! Very helpful. Will give that a go and will definitely use masking tape to help mitigate the glue expansion/clean up in the future. Will post some pics of the process.

    Thanks David, and not a silly question. The phenolic tubes need to be plugged (or by some other manner, a pin, etc.) to keep the wing tube (or main spar) from sliding out of position. It is important that the wing tube (main spar) be in contact with the false rib that is glued to the foam core...

    Got the vertical stab/rudder sheeted. Another vacuum bagged part! I am really liking the vacuum bagging. Super duper easy! Best part is no edge gluing of the sheeting!!!!
