    Gluing the sheets together before you install them on a wing for example makes it much easier to sand the joint smooth. Otherwise you are trying to glue and sand where you have very little support. A fuse can be a different animal. With all the curves smaller pieces are needed, or even planking.

    I did some more work on my canopy today. I sanded out all the cracks, and then filled the bad spots with Dolphin Glaze, a lightweight pourable polyester filler. I used a really high tech tool to smear the glaze, my finger. I feel that works best one small things. After the glaze set a little...
