Should have it tomorrow, as long as it is what it's supposed to be.

It's a Airwild 35% Edge. It's pretty a pretty old composite design, but very little time on the airframe. It's an empty airframe, but the price is certainly right! I just made arrangements to get it from him tomorrow. My first 35%er!

So this should be fun.. GULP.

Cool! Sounds like fun other than the hanging out the door part. It's a shame the "Rock and Roll" hall of fame has so little to do with "Rock and Roll"

I at least got out for a little while this afternoon. I put the first flight of the year on my heli. Even though I was only there for a little while, I had fun and nobody complained or told me I was breaking nonexistent rules. It was a good day. Not without costing me money though. I bought a...

    Rant......Pre assembled fuel tanks.

I couldn't agree more after a trip into a corn stubble muddy field to retrieve a 50cc Yak that ran out of fuel after the tank split. I didn't here it quit since some a$$ was tuning right next to my flight box. By the time I realized it had quit I couldn't make the field.

Phil as long as your having fun it doesn't matter.:)

Why do you use HV and / or why don't you?

Yes, but does torque curve change with motor RPM like a gas engine? Or another question does the motor produce more torque when moving that holding? Interesting discussion by the way.

I always wanted to know one thing, just what planet are Vegans from anyway?;) As for PETA, my brother has been involved with showing German Shepherds for over 30 years. He was at a show once in a downtown area where some PETA fanatics broke into peoples vans and released their dogs. At least...

Reza has been here for a week and he's already giving stuff away! RED LINE OIL!

It was recommended to me by a friend and I've been very happy with it. I have 3 DA50's, one that came used from the friend that recommend RedLine is over 9 years old and has never been back to DA and still runs great. The other 2 were also bought used, and both got much cleaner inside after...

Needed Advise from my GSN forum Friends!

Needed Advise from my GSN forum Friends!

I ordered some gear from them once and was told they were in stock ready to ship, then a week later they were in the mold, then a week later there being cleared. That went on for awhile. I did talk them into a great discount on some stab tubes and carbon fiber wheel pants for my wait. I made the...

Sorry I'm afraid I don't. The best I can offer you is a picture I took during the process. I also rotated the carb 180 degrees on mine to make it line up with my throttle servo.

I made them myself. I made some out of wood to test the geometry then when I was satisfied I cut some out of aluminum with my scroll saw.

At times I'd rather get poked in the eye with a sharp stick than take that dome off. To make it balance I needed to mount all the batteries in the dome. They're Duralite's with a charge lead and a power lead, then add the Sparkswitch and everything else there are 11 connections to deal with.

You weren't supposed to see that.;) The geometry worked a lot better in the second spot. In the removable engine dome of my Carf there just wasn't any more room for a servo.

I was at the field one day watching a club member try that. He never did get it to restart, but it was awesome to watch, and to hear. An Aeroworks 100cc Extra 300 makes all kinds of noise diving from a ridiculous height with the motor off and no other planes running.:yesss:
