    DA120 idle

Have to agree with this. Although I do not have a DA, I have attempted to get as low of an idle with all my motors as I can. However with the twins I have, (2 DLE 111's, 3w 157cs and 3w170) usually somewhere around the 1100 to 1200 mark seems to be pretty good.

    IMAC Dalton 260 Restoration

Without a doubt David. There is another such guy here in my home town that is much like Cam. It's almost like his mission is to help as many people as he can and I think it actually makes him happy inside when he sees someone else smile. Older gent that has been flying for about a million years...

    IMAC Dalton 260 Restoration

Thanks Chris...I will keep that in mind when I get to the point of installing new hardware. I was going to keep this little tidbit of information a bit of a secret until later this week. However, I felt ya'll may want to know what I have been up to on the Dalton. So as it goes, the wings for the...

Home Depot has some real nice soft rubber counter top protectors. Keeps things from slip-slidin' away and...no scratchy scratchy on the hooptie covering.

I will personally vouch for the modules. I've had two 3w motors that the ignition modules have developed issues. The new updated ones no less. Since swapping them out for Miltons units, I've not had one hiccup. Not to mention the throttle response is phenomenally crisp, quick and consistent. Not...

Pilot Figures, What do you Like?

I still think this is the baddest pilot I've ever seen. There really should be a "Show us your bad ass pilots" thread!!:way_to_go:

May I make a suggestion David? Wasn't sure if you were wanting to spring for new "schtuff" or not. In all honesty, This is what I would do. This setup would make your entire system so much easier to set up. No extra battery, no regulator, no extra wiring. Clean, bullet proof, don't even need an...

I had mentioned to David I thought it was a high voltage jumper of sorts. But couldn't remember what it was called. I had seen one a number of years back. I knew then, but wow...forgot. Hey, I have to go visit the mirror four times a day just to remember who I am. It's hell remembering after...

Show us your bad ass plane!

I dunno gents. I just came upstairs from looking at it. Me thinks ya'll have more faith and confidence in me than I do. It sure would look cool as heck though huh? @Pistolera you and @thurmma seem to be pretty good and altering the looks of certain flying hoopties. (I've seen what you both can...

    FAA registration number decals

Yeah, I would like to see the "Powers that be" at our field flip one of my planes over to verify I have my compliancy in place. IF they "REALLY" want to see mine on the bottom side of my plane? I will pull it into a low down hover and dance it in front of them before their eyes....
