I don't know if it logged until impact, because everything went out after takeoff, so I'd say it lost power then and stopped logging. I set LVC to 3.0 (I think , or whatever the lowest setting is available..)

The second log was from a full flight, and yes, I did a static run to check it out before taking off. The first log was from the flight on which it died. It was a takeoff and a splat. The dip in voltage just before it went offline is something that puzzles me. When I pegged the throttle to take...

    I feel kind embarrased

Yeah, don't let the size of another man's plank get to you. :D I fly little ones, and big ones. Both make me smile. :)

    Your area

I'm building a garage this spring, and I'm gonna mouse-proof it so I can move all my toys into it. Then I'll have a nice work bench I can configure however I want, and won't have to worry about moving it when it's time for dinner. :D

    3DHS Planes Picture Thread

Bollocks! I had 4 red cars in a row (well, 3 cars and a truck). Every one had the same problem. After about 70,000 miles, the driver's side window stopped working. A petty problem, but annoying! My 70 Slick was red, and we know how that worked out.... I've vowed that red vehicles are not for me. :D

3DHS --FLY LOW-- Always OFF TOPIC

3DHS --FLY LOW-- Always OFF TOPIC thread +1! Mine was Monday, and I went to work. Which was stupid of me, cuz it turned out to be 70° and sunny. It was 40° colder on my last birthday.

I use our dinner table, coffee table, and island. Whatever happens to be clean when I decide to do some work. And my wife loathes every minute of it. :D

Yippee! Charging The Lithium Polymer Beast

Good write-up! I have a question though; what is the reason for using a 24v power supply, when there's a 120v receptacle available? Seems like an added expense, and another component that could fail. Are the chargers you're using only designed for 24v? I'm relatively caveman-esque when it comes...

Servos for 3DHS 59" AJ Slick

One new (on elevator), the other 3 are a couple years old. They were on a plane I bought used early this spring.

If 5245's are garbage, I'm flying with 4 pieces of said garbage, and love every minute of it. :D

Question? what brand of 4s are you guys using?

I just got some Glacier 4s 4000 packs from EPbuddy. I've only got 2 cycles on them, but so far I like them.

48" Edge 540 Building, Flying, and Questions

I've got spare parts if anyone wants them... wings, elevator, rudder, and h-stab. They're not perfect, but structurally sound.

If anyone has a spare fuse laying around, I need one. Blue or orange, new or repaired, doesn't matter. Thanks!

    Here's the data log from the last flight on my Ice 50. I don't know what the average data log looks like, so if anyone sees something abnormal, let me know. I'm trying to figure out what went wrong. This is the second to last flight;

48" Edge 540 Building, Flying, and Questions

It seemingly floats on a pillow of angel's buttcheeks. :D this plane is far and beyond the best I've flown in harrier. It has very little tendency to tip-stall, and that is a big confidence builder in honing the "low and slow" skills.
