    Back to building! I put the 2nd half long stringers directly on top of the other half and pinned them together. Then I input the vertical pieces and matched them exactly to the other half.     @49dimes 2 herniated disks is why I can't do my primary job... I had an epidural steroid shot to alleviate the pain. Now I am just waiting on a medical waiver to continue what I love doing most! Good luck finding the sexy nurse! I hopefully will be flying Sunday afternoon:)

    Looks like the height is the biggest problem being an inch off. With that cowl, could a person cut the bottom and form it to fit?

    Fiberglass Specialties does not have an Edge cowl that would work, I guess. Will continue looking elsewhere, or will learn how to do it myself!

    Now I have the pieces all cut and glued for the fuselage side. We will see how it turned out tomorrow. My little clamps weren't quite big enough so the big ones came out! The rest of the places that needed to be clamped, I used pins stuck into both pieces being glued while I held pressure on...

    More progress. Pinned the two main stringers to the plans. Then cut the perpendicular pieces in sets of two to save time on the 2nd half. Nothing is glued yet. I should get there tomorrow.

    Is that enough watts for your charging needs? I know a lot of electric only people use 2000 watt generators.
