Blazing Wings

Couple of pics. Carbon fiber flaps for P40 Warhawk, laser cut wood parts to build rudder, ailerons and elevator.

Another P40 1/4 scale completed. This new concept of mine worked really well. Lighter than the first one. Very happy with the results. This one came out to be around 7KG or 15lbs for the composite parts. Add a few for foam cores and wood parts...should be still around 15-17lbs for the kit. Quite light for a 112" wingspan plane.

As you all know, manufacturers and suppliers for materials increase their prices almost every year. We try to keep our prices fair, but we also have to adjust according to the market tendency.

So don't miss out on our special for the P40 Warhawk. This will be the last sale for this year and prices will increase next year.

If you are in the market for a new giant scale plane, now is the opportunity.

Only 3 days left.

While I am working on the 1/3 scale Corsair, I also have to make kits for the P40 and Mig3. I improved the rivet details on the P40 tail section, as well on the rest of the airplane.

P40 fuselage is out of the mold. Detailing is next. sanding flashing. I am happy the way the rivets turned out. I made the rivets bigger on purpose to compensate for sanding, priming and painting.

There will be a cover plate going on front of the wing root for a clean finish.
