Here is a picture of the 3D printed spinner, on this picture there is a coat of filler specifically for 3D printed items, and you can see I have started to sand to make it smooth, the back plate is also printer and it fits perfectly and tight , I'm very happy with this

That is really cool. You can design to exact detail pretty much anything you want huh? I sure wish I had a 3d printer. May have to look into one soon.

you design with a cad program, in my case I use Solidworks, then you can print.

included photos of the front instrument panel now that cameral battery is fully charged, and testing for size of the electronics behind the rear seat, looks good, redesigned the spinner and back plate to leave space for the propeller., but this is not printed yet

Technology is helping in many ways , here is the spinner as it evolved, the final picture is the printed spinner with a lot of work to make it smooth, still needs a bit of fine sanding and one more coat of paint
