Thanks guys. One short aside that was an example of how welcoming the NE IMAC region is (only experience I have). The young man doing a noon heli demo was friends with the McCormack boys. He called Fri night to ask "what's this fixed wing IMAC stuff anyway? Can I try? Sure. He went on a sim at midnight. Showed up Sat and competed with a 42" slick borrowed from the boys! I think it was his first time flying fixed wing as well. He was flying in 25 knot wind against 35% Cardens and H9s. Great story. I clearly had the smallest gas and never heard one peep about it. Real supportive group. So, if you have the urge, don't be intimidated go compete and try.
Cade- awesome job and amazing heli demos.
Sorry went off topic a little but it is a great RC "community spirit" story to share.

Well,
Did a quick and dirty tune on the pipe and flew it. Didn't have enough time to tweak and it definitely needs tuning. Managed about 8400 rpm and the mid range is weak. Have to spend more time to get it right. The starts (although all ready easy) were even easier on the pipe! Had a fun flight just the same. How could I not? More later.
