Everything is looking good! What type of mold release waxes are you using?

I use part-all mold release wax, but I read the pure carnauba works as good or better without the chemicals inside. The can I have will last me 10 years so I guess I'll be using it for a while. Pics of the fresh parts soon.

Here are some pics of the final cowl (with a spinner just for Earl;)). Came out very very good. No real blemishes or bad spots. I did use a gelcoat which adds weight and time but I don't have any pinholes to fill so that will be nice. Going to do some laser cutting tonight so I'll have some time to doodle on the drawings for the CAP a bit and see what I can come up with. Few final details yet on the outline and I can start drawing in details and actual parts.

It's a very large cowl so I was pretty easy on the filler material (after Rick showed me how to really use it) and the weight is only 1 oz. heavier than the Viper cowl so I'm happy. This cowl is also just over 12 1/2" wide so it should easily fit a DA120. Also with the front shape pretty much any stock mufflers I would assume would fit so that's nice too.
